Presentation

Harlequins are mysterious. They are smiling but, at the same time, they are crying.
Harlequins cannot speak, but they can see and hear, and it is enough to understand what happens around them, and to understand this complicated world.
The circus is where Harlequins feel better. But not simple or false circus, with two-head-women or bullet-men. No. Beautiful circus, incredible ones. With jugglers, magicians, trapeze artists, men who play with fire, women who make impossible human figures... and, of course, clowns.
In this kind of circus, full of colour and lights, Harlequins do their mysterious act. Not so funny as clowns, not so magical as magicians and not so risky as trapeze artists, but it is a lovely act which always makes people smile and feel affection towards them.
Harlequins are smart, well-dressed, serious. They are creative, dreamers, lonely.
And, at the end of their act, they are always trapped in an invisible box.

Excellent presentation! Original and thoughtful and, in a way, a bit intriguing, just like you, Harlequin!
I'd love to see you vey active with posts and comments!

The language is quite accurate and you dare with your constructions. That's really interesting!
I'd change a few things and would suggest reviewing the punctuation. Some of your stops sound weird to me. There are too many and they are not properly placed. Think a little about it.

Here are my comments on the language:

-Harlequins CANNOT (ONE WORD) speak
-...or bullet-men. NO. Beautiful circus,...
-(YOU HAVE ONE MISSPELLED HARLEQUIN)

Congratulations and go on!

Hello Harlequin,
Thanks for correcting your language so quickly!
I've noticed you probably changes one of the "NO" which should not be changed in this sentence:
-"But NOT simple or false circus..."
Here you need the T, not in the one that you corrected already, between stops.
Still a mispelled Harlequin in:
-and lights, "Harlquins" do their mysterious act.

Time for you to start writing comments, when you have some time!

Such an enjoyable text! Thanks

I loved the film "The Hours" when I saw it. The book, not by Virginia Woolf but by Michael Cunningham, I also enjoyed it a lot and I think it is easy to read. There's another delightful book "Clarissa" which has to do with the "The Hours". But my favourite is "To the Lighthouse"!
I also find "Orlando" interesting but it is a complex and difficult book. Keep it for later...

I’ve always have been scared about Harlequins. I just don´t know why, but probably, they have made me always think there was something hided under that misterious face, something perverse. Definitely, I don’t like Harlequins as I don´t like people with two faces. I like people who is clear and has nothing to hide. I just hope your love about Harlequins has any relation with your personality!!!.
